At Rider Shop HK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Rider Shop HK

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Hong Kong.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
